Who Are We

Greetings from Chef Julien Bompard and Edith Lai-Bompard.

As the former owners of Le Saint Julien French Fine Dining (year 2003 to 2013) and the current operators of Gourmetshop Online https://www.gourmetshop.com.sg, we have continued our culinary passion through Saint Julien Vintage Wines. Following the closure of our restaurant, we established one of Singapore's first central kitchens to provide high-quality B2B food products, and we remain dedicated to serving the culinary community.

We are writing to share our extensive collection of fine wines, which was largely acquired during our restaurant years. This collection is professionally stored at Richfield Wine Storage under 24/7 climate control and high-level security to ensure the highest quality.
