Chateau Margaux 2003, one word "Wow". Impressive. Rather underestimated compared to other vintage of 2000 and 2005. Almost well comparable with vintage 2000. Yes, a good decant can bring out all the cassis, forest, leather and tobacco. Very long finishing.
